EVENT Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer or gift your ticket to someone else. Please call us in advance so we can update the attendee information and know who to expect.

STORE POLICY

We want you to love what you bring home!

All plant sales are final due to their living nature. Please inspect your plants before purchasing—we’re always happy to answer questions and help with care.

Unused non-plant items may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt.
